Our Transition to 501(c)(3)
Growing from a Local Village into a Larger Movement
The Village Within Foundation is currently operating as a nonprofit while our application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is pending with the IRS.
Our goal is expanding family support, resources, and community connection through our affiliate chapter model.
South DFW Mom Village with serve as the founding chapter of The Village Within Foundation upon approval of our 501(c)(3) status.
We are accepting community donations, sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind support. Contributions made while our application is pending may be eligible for charitable tax deduction if our application is approved and tax-exempt status is recognized for the applicable period. Donors should consult their tax professional regarding the deductibility of their contribution. We are committed to being transparent throughout this transition and will provide updated information as our nonprofit status progresses.
